Established in 2019, our Customer Contact Center assists in both managing inbound service calls and outbound service and sales follow-ups for many Victory Automotive Group dealerships. Managing up to 700 or more calls per day, our Customer Advocates provide exemplary customer service to all customers and assist in setting thousands of sales and service appointments – and we’re just getting started.
